The Old Navy has a Flagship on 34th St in Midtown Manhattan it runs through the block from 33rd street to 34th street. It is a large store and very busy. Over the past few years I have had occasion to pass the 33rd street entrance on numerous occasions. They have a fairly large clock hanging from the awning.

Nobody Asked Me!
This is probably one of The Old Navy's busiest locations so I am sure that the managers have a lot to look after but I would think that after a few years a manager of the store (if not mangers, as they may have had turnover in the past two years) would have at some point been able to bring someone in to repair the clock.
Each time I pass the broken clock it makes me question the judgment of management; the store manager, the regional manager, etc. I happen to like the Gap and what they have accomplished over the years so I think it is a shame that they allow this item to reflect negatively on them.
They have gone to the trouble to have a clock installed and I assume it worked when the store first opened. I would suggest that they either fix the clock or remove it!
The store is located at:
150 West 34th Street
(Between 6th and 7th Avenues)
Manhattan, New York, NY
Tel: (212) 594-0049
